News confirms that The Real World house is located at 2000 S Street NW. in Adams Morgan. Although this place is blocked off due to heavy construction, you can see telcom installations on the roof, alot of rennovations to the house and construction workers working at an incredible speed!

According to D.C. government documents, the property is valued at $5.69 million (that’s the proposed 2010 assessment). The house was purchased on January 1, 2001 by DLB 20th LP.
